Green Ridge Builders offers truly custom services in residential and commercial construction for new construction and remodeling. We are staffed with people that are experienced in most areas of construction. This allows us the opportunity to successfully deliver a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects. Our passion for the work we do makes us well suited to offer truly custom projects. We take our customers' ideas and dreams and work closely with them and turn those dreams into reality.
We are also very versatile with the size and type of our projects. Our projects include, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, room additions, finished basements, home improvements, garages, porches and decks, fire and storm damage restoration, most any type of remodeling or renovation for your home or business, green building, ICF insulating concrete forms, as well as new homes and commercial construction.
Green Ridge Builders was founded with the interest of providing construction services, with uncompromised quality, that are focused on customer satisfaction. Another important founding principle is our commitment to reduce construction’s environmental footprint by providing Green building design and construction. While the extent of a project’s environmental responsibility is largely owner driven, we put a measure of green into every project because we feel it just makes good sense. We strive to utilize environmentally responsible and resource efficient practices for all our projects. Green Ridge Builders’ President, Scott Ervin, is LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional).
We are located in northeast Ohio in Wadsworth Township, Medina County. We service all of northeast Ohio and have successfully completed projects in Geauga County, Holmes County, Lorain County, Medina County, Portage County, Richland County, Stark County, Summit County, Trumbull County, Tuscarawas County and Wayne County Ohio, as well as Noble County Indiana.
